The Brokers of New Century Real Estate will work with you at the level of service you desire and in the process could save you thousands of dollars when compared to typical listing arrangements.

Full Service.
We market (includes MLS entry and multiple websites) the property, set showings, advise as to merits of an offer and negotiation strategy, prepare all required Colorado Real Estate Commission Approved Forms. We accept and delivery Earnest Money to the Title Company; order, track and review the Title Commitment; attend the closing and approve your settlement sheet for accuracy. We coordinate access to the property for Inspections and Appraisals. No set price, our fees are negotiated prior to signing a listing agreement.

Auxiliary Services:

Broker Price Opinion. A valuable tool for anyone going the FSBO route. This report contains 3 sold comparables and 3 active listings designed to "bracket" the subject property. $175.00 (Pre-Paid).

MLS Entry. A vehicle for FSBOs to get their property on the Multiple Listing Service only. We will not set showings, prepare contracts. addendums, disclosures, advise on the merits of an offer or accept Earnest Money. $145/6 months. (Pre-Paid).

Signage. A professional grade sign with riders and a flyer box. $145/6 months (Prepaid with a refundable $225 deposit).
