Dave's comments: The Mrs named this kamado pit "Einstein" cause it's smart. More to the point pretty much set and [almost] forget! This ceramic smoker is  manufactured by Primo Grills and is similar to a BGE, Does great in all kinds of weather.

"ROMA"

Best we can tell, Roma is a 1970's era Imperial Kamado. I repainted her, replaced the fire box, and added a thermometer. While Einstein is made of space ceramics, Roma is an earthenware cooker.
